Job summary

Morgan McKinley in the Philippines is seeking a back-office professional to support daily post-trade operations, electronic matching, and settlement of FX products across regional Asian markets.

You will coordinate trade control and workflows for FX and related FICC trading, liaise with internal desks and clients to resolve queries, and identify trade breaks or settlement discrepancies.

The role requires early morning shifts and occasional Singapore public holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of Back office experience with FX, FICC, or derivatives is an advantage.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and cover Singapore public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily post-trade operations, electronic matching, and settlement for FX products across regional Asian markets.
• Coordinate trade control and operational workflows for FX and related FICC trading activities.
• Liaise with internal trading desks, regional counterparties, and external clients to resolve operational queries promptly.
• Identify and identify trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, or operational risks in a timely manner.
