Job summary

Macquarie Group in Manila is seeking a Settlements, Data and Transaction Support professional to ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate setup of static data for entities, instruments and settlement instructions. The role sits within the Equities and Derivatives Trading Operations team and requires three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in settlements and payments in an investment banking environment (middle office/trade processing preferred).
• People management experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messages MT54X, MT202, MT103 and MT599.
• Experience working with projects and changes.

Responsibilities

• Handle processes related to trade activities and processing incoming client statements.
• Raise issues with the trading desk and agree settlements with clients, custodians and broker management.
• Process payments and ensure timely settlement of trades.
