Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business course.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Cash Management or Fund Accounting; investment certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of securities instruments (Equities, Bonds, US Treasuries, FX, Time Deposits).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, reading comprehension).
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Capable of building metrics, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support for FX transactions, fund transfers, cash projections, and reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office, custodians and vendors to ensure timely settlements and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve overdrafts or breaks highlighted by Front Office or other teams.
• Highlight positions and cash reconciliations and resolve reconciliation breaks.
• Manage risks including operational, reputational, and settlement risks.
• Mentor junior team members and onboard new joiners; escalate issues timely to SME or Team Lead.
• Engage in process automation projects to improve service quality.
