Qualifications

• 3+ years in Investment/Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
• Strong client relationship skills and accuracy are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client deliverables with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure off-shore and on-site handoffs follow standard procedures.
• Manage daily communications and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Maintain client documentation in line with SOPs and requirements.
• Respond to high email volume and prioritize requests.
