Job summary

PineBridge Investments, a MetLife Investment Management company, seeks an Investment Operations professional to support middle office, fund administration, performance and attribution, and client reporting. The role involves hands-on management of daily activities in India and collaboration with global teams to ensure accurate cash flows and compliance.

Strong experience in CLO operations, legal document review, and data analysis is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of Asset Management experience in middle office, fund administration, performance & attribution and client reporting.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with leveraged loans/CLO operations and reviewing legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLO fund compliance on US and Euro CLOs.
• Reconcile quarterly waterfall payments and ensure accurate expense reflection.
• Maintain CLO compliance modules and model cash flows.
• Review indentures, offering circulars and other docs; model cash flow and compliance.
• Monitor CLO lifecycle activities (warehouse, closing, refi, resets, redemption).
• Collaborate with Middle Office, Client Services, Compliance, Credit Research, and PM teams on ad-hoc work.
