You will maintain datasets, manage data operations, and collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth data flows from asset managers to investors.

This role emphasizes data quality, process improvements, and support for innovative private markets solutions within Nasdaq eVestment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in data operations or related role; interns welcome with strong academic track record.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, strong multitasking ability, and ability to thrive in dynamic, impact-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of data accuracy and formatting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with ability to work across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance private markets datasets to support accurate insights, strong data quality, and platform reliability.
• Manage recurring data operations with precision, meeting quality, timeliness, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global time zones to ensure data flows smoothly from asset managers to investors.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements that reduce errors, strengthen controls, and increase processing speed.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects that support innovation within Nasdaq eVestment's Private Markets Solutions.
