Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking an Investment Data Analyst in Manila to support Nasdaq eVestment Private Markets. You will maintain datasets, ensure data quality, and enable accurate investor insights for research and fundraising.

Collaborate across global teams to ensure data flows from asset managers to investors, identify gaps, and drive improvements to reduce errors and boost processing speed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, data management, or a related role; interns with strong academics are welcome.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, strong multitasking ability, thrive in dynamic environments.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy and formatting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance private markets datasets to support accurate insights, strong data quality, and platform reliability.
• Manage recurring data operations with quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global time zones to ensure data flows smoothly from asset managers to investors.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements that reduce errors, strengthen controls, and increase processing speed.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects that support innovation within Nasdaq eVestment’s Private Markets Solutions.
