You will record transactions, verify materials, and maintain both physical and electronic inventories while coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Computer literate with basic documentation and recordkeeping.
• Organized, detail-oriented, honest and dependable.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Record receiving, issuance, transfer, return, and inventory transactions.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic inventory records.
• Assist with inventory monitoring, reconciliation, and stock counting.
• Organize and maintain warehouse files and documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and other departments.
• Report inventory discrepancies and other warehouse concerns.
• Follow safety, security, housekeeping, and food safety procedures.
