Job summary

Solaire Resort is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to ensure smooth operations, timely replenishment, and accurate inventory control. You will handle receipt, storage, and issue of goods, align with procurement, and support audits or inspections.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy, posting requisitions, monitoring par levels, and coordinating with Stewarding for cleanliness and safety. Experience with MC Fidelio or Ariba is a plus, along with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with receiving and procurement to post invoices without issues.
• Ensure storeroom readiness for audits and inspections.
• Monitor PAR levels and trigger purchase requests to prevent stockouts.
• Inspect deliveries against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO stock methods and accurate records for cost control audits.
• Prepare weekly spot-check reports on fast-moving items and variances.

Job Description

The position is responsible for ensuring smooth,effective, and efficient warehouse operation through functional activities,including on-time replenishment, receipt, storage, issuance of goods, andcompliance with the set standards with strict adherence to policy andprocedures.

• Coordinate with receiving section and procurementto address the posting of invoices with issues.
• Support the necessary preparation to ensure thatthe warehouse or storeroom is always ready for any internal or external audit.
• Coordinate or follow up with procurement regardingthe status of undelivered items.
• Responsible for ensuring that dirty pallets areconsolidated and placed in the designated area and coordinating with Stewardingfor cleaning.
• Properly utilize material handling equipment suchas forklifts, manual pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area to ensurethat the place is ready anytime for any government inspection, hygiene audit,or any external audit.
• Ensure a timely posting of storeroom requisitionsand follow up on any pending request until it is resolved.
• Maintain the approve minimum PAR level for importeditems and at least three (3) weeks worth of stock for local items.
• Responsible to wait for late deliveries of thesupplier due to unexpected events.
• Performs a timely replenishment of inventory itemsby creating purchase requests (PR) to maintain par levels, controlling thestock level to minimum while ensuring zero stock-out incidences.
• Daily monitor the purchased requisitions (PR) fordelivery.
• Inform the immediate superior of any changes in ParStock so that Min-Max PAR Level can be amended.
• Inspect the quality and quantity of items beingdelivered to the storeroom and compare them with the purchased orders andsupplier’s invoice.
• Count, weigh, or measure goods for issuancewhenever necessary. Sort and place the items or materials on shelves accordingto predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Marks materials with identifying information if necessary.
• Strictly follows the arrangement of stocks usingthe principles of First to Expire – First Out, Least Shelf Life – First Out,and First-In-First-Out.
• Submit a weekly spot check report on fast-movingitems and coordinate with colleagues or end-users to reconcile if there arefound variances.
• Conducts monthly physical inventory and maintainscorrectness of records to ensure 100% accuracy during Cost Control Audit
  

Requirements

• College graduate or college level
• Should be computer literate - Microsoft word, excel andknowledgeable in inventory management systems, preferably MC Fidelio, Ariba,and the likes
• With good communication skills, possess an excellent workattitude and a high level of integrity
