Benchmark Marketing Corporation, an exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated, is seeking a Stock Analyst to manage stock transactions, inventory records, and warehouse forms within sales office operations. The role includes generating monthly reports and updating the sales office accounting system.

The candidate should have a business or related degree, basic accounting knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• Experience in stock or inventory analysis is preferred but not required for fresh graduates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and efficiency in work execution.

Responsibilities

• Records stock transactions in the sales office computerized system daily.
• Maintains and analyzes record books and reports to ensure zero inventory difference.
• Conducts weekly physical stock counts and reconciles with computer reports.
• Reconciles daily inventory reports with official company records.
