Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Makati (Greenbelt, Ayala Malls Circuit Lane) to monitor inventory accuracy and stock movements, analyze variances, and implement controls to support efficient store operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills, with experience in inventory management being advantageous. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, coordinating with Store Operations and Warehouse to maintain accuracy and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience in inventory management or stock control is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Track stock movement, transfers, receiving, and adjustments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide insights on inventory trends and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and control measures.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and minimize losses or variances.
