Job summary

Brew Master International incorporated | An Exclusive Distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated in Quezon City is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive new outlets, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams for brand standards. You will prospect outlets, negotiate contracts, and execute KPIs while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate data records.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and 3+ years in sales/marketing/merchandising are required, along with a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or related field.
• With at least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with trade channels, market segments, selling, and delivery practices.
• Proven selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Must have a Valid Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code A, A1, B, B1, and B2.

Responsibilities

• Conquer: Prospect potential outlets and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiation: Secure and follow up on contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements.
• Development: Execute KPIs, expand categories, and ensure price and availability compliance.
• Administration: Manage work orders, update outlet details, and maintain data records.
• Management: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and support functions.
• Merchandise: Deploy materials, execute promotions, and train outlet owners on PICOS standards.
• Sell: Monitor inventory, drive sell‑in per SKU, and implement price promotions.
• Order Taking: Process outlet orders, synchronize for delivery, and handle authorized returns.
• Delivery & Collection: Ensure on‑time delivery, safeguard products, and manage payment collections.
