Candidates must have a degree in Accounting and at least one year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an Accounting course.
• At least 1 year of work experience in General Accounting.
• Proficient in using Excel for data manipulation.
• Strong data manipulation and Excel skills.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports regarding inventory.
• Perform regular audits of inventory processes.
• Perform regular audits of inventory processes and suggest improvements.
• Prepare month-end closing entries and assist in year-end audits.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to inventory valuation.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and sales departments to ensure accurate data flow.
• Perform regular audits of inventory processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare month-end closing entries and assist in year-end audits.

Requirements

• College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable)
• With at least 1 year of work experience
• With General Accounting experience (Reconciliation, Journal entries, General Ledger)
• Good Communication Skills
• Good with Data Manipulation files using Excel
• Able to analyze basic reports
• Experience using ERPs is an advantage
