Job summary

The Outlet People (TOP), Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure store inventory accuracy and coordinate stock concerns with multiple departments.

You will maintain stockroom cleanliness, receive deliveries, and log shipments, RTVs, transfers, and stock movements to keep sellable items properly shelved. Responsibilities include monitoring daily stock levels, updating live reports, and coordinating with departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with Retail Pro software and ASN vouchers.
• Ability to log and communicate stock movements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stockroom cleanliness and proper item arrangement.
• Receives delivered items and logs receipts.
• Strategically organize merchandise and maintain stockroom.
• Provide inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Identify variances during counts and coordinate with departments.
• Monitor and log all stock movements and related documents.
