Job summary

The Outlet People (TOP), Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Manila to ensure inventory accuracy and seamless stock flow between departments. You will oversee the stockroom, verify deliveries, and maintain proper logging of all outbound stock.

Responsibilities include organizing merchandise, monitoring variances, coordinating with departments, and updating live reports. A strong eye for detail and familiarity with Retail Pro are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and stock management.
• Ability to coordinate with store departments for stock concerns.
• Familiarity with Retail Pro or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organize items at all times.
• Receive delivered items and log them accurately.
• Strategically arrange merchandise and supplies in stockroom.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.
• Identify variances during counts and coordinate resolutions.
• Spot shortages/overages and alert relevant departments.
• Execute RTVs and transfers as needed.
• Pull items for safekeeping to make room for new stock.
• Nominate items to pull out due to movement constraints.
• Ensure all outbound stock is logged and documented.
• Monitor merchandise in stockroom and report to departments.
• Hourly check the stockroom server for emails/messages and relay instructions.
• Prepare delivery and pull-out permits.
• Monitor paper bag inventory and monthly replenishment needs.
• Update reports live and submit to relevant departments.
