Job summary

Care Center Clinic is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Staff to ensure accurate stock records and smooth order fulfillment across its clinics, pharmacies, and online shops in Metro Manila. The role supports HQ Operations with visibility on stock levels, movements, and compliance.

The position requires on-site work, cycle counts, proper handling, and coordination with multiple teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse ops, or logistics.
• Willingness to perform stock handling and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to match system records.
• Process online orders with proper pick, pack, and dispatch procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouses, pharmacies, and clinics for stock movement.
• Track expiry, variances, and stock movements; generate reports.
