Job summary

Pharmacare in Metro Manila is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Staff to maintain accurate stock records, perform cycle counts, and support e-commerce fulfillment across clinics, pharmacies, and online channels.

You will ensure FEFO handling, coordinate with warehouse and pharmacy teams, and monitor stock movements while upholding safety and documentation standards. This onsite role requires 1–2 years in inventory or logistics and a willingness to lift and handle goods daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain/ops.
• 1–2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or related field.
• Ability to perform regular stock handling, lifting, and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• Willingness to work onsite and support counts, dispatch, and replenishment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across locations.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to align stock with records.
• Identify and report discrepancies, variances, and stock losses.
• Track expiry dates and manage near-expiry/blocked inventory.
• Document receiving, put-away, movements, dispatches, and adjustments.
• Coordinate stock transfers to warehouses, clinics, pharmacies, and other sites.
• Apply FEFO and proper handling for storage and packing.
• Support audits, data validation, and master-data checks.
• Meet order cutoffs and fulfillment targets with proper controls.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and order information.
