Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket in Bulacan is seeking a detail-oriented controls professional for an on-site role. The position focuses on inventory control, audits, and process standardization, with 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree. You will support training, asset security, and timely reporting across store operations.

Responsibilities include safeguarding assets, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing control standards to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in control, audit and inventory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Assists in the implementation of the control standards.
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel.

• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
