• Monitor and record daily inventory transactions (receiving, transfers, returns, and dispatches).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records in the system or logbooks.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and report issues to management.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports (weekly/monthly).
• Label and organize items properly in storage areas.
• Assist in improving inventory control processes and efficiency.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines within the warehouse area.
