Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related functions preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with QuickBooks or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Delivery Receipts, Pull-Out Forms, Transfer Forms, and other logistics documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to conduct physical inventory and coordinate deliveries when needed.
• Willing to work ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries, pull-outs, transfers, and returns.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing machines, spare parts, tools, and supplies.
• Prepare Delivery Receipts, Pull-Out Forms, Transfer Forms, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Service, suppliers, and customers.
• Track deliveries and provide timely status updates.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Monitor damaged, missing, slow-moving, and excess inventory.
• Maintain organized warehouse and inventory records.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory and logistics reports.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of inventory and logistics transactions.
