Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and compliance records.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues promptly.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory and update systems regularly.
