Job summary

Ezertech Corporation is seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Logistic Officer in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on accurate inventory management and smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.

The candidate will coordinate receipt, storage and dispatch, maintain records, conduct stock counts, and liaise with suppliers to resolve issues. Strong WMS and MS Office skills are required for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in inventory control, warehouse management, or logistics operations within the manufacturing, transport or logistics sector.
• Strong proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Detailed knowledge of inventory management processes, including stock counting, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to work with data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• A solid understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Preferred: Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and inventory control software
• Conducting regular stock counts, cycle counts and physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Coordinating the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility
• Preparing and processing inventory documentation including picking lists, packing slips, and shipment records
• Liaising with suppliers, delivery partners and internal departments to coordinate logistics operations and resolve supply chain issues
• Optimising warehouse space utilisation and implementing efficient storage solutions
• Monitoring stock levels and providing recommendations for reordering and inventory replenishment
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in inventory and logistic operations
• Assisting with the training and mentoring of warehouse staff on inventory procedures and logistic best practices
