Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in medical, healthcare distribution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and reorder requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics activities with suppliers, forwarders, brokers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and monitor shipping documents, delivery receipts, inventory records, and logistics reports.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, issuance, and return of inventory items.
• Coordinate documentation requirements for regulatory and operational compliance.
• Prepare inventory and logistics status reports for Management.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, and operational concerns.
