Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming stock to ensure accuracy.
• Count and verify inventory levels regularly and conduct stock takes.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using WMS and manual logs.
• Organise and store goods in the warehouse efficiently.
• Prepare items for dispatch and ensure orders are picked and packed.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Support stocktakes and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
• Liaise with other departments to communicate inventory status.
