Job summary

Waklu Inc. in the Philippines seeks a meticulous order fulfillment specialist for pharmaceutical products. You will pick, pack, and organize medications and medical supplies according to prescriptions, sales orders, or stock requests, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and secure packaging.

You will verify product details, apply FEFO, maintain cleanliness and inventory accuracy, and record all stock movements while protecting patient information and complying with pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Performs tasks involving medications only within the scope permitted by applicable laws and under the direction of the licensed pharmacist.
• Maintains cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the pharmacy and packing area.
• Ensures confidentiality and proper handling of prescription and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews approved prescriptions, sales orders, or picking lists
• Picks the correct medicines and supplies based on the authorized order
• Verifies product name, strength, dosage form, quantity, batch/lot number, and expiration date
• Applies FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) and proper stock rotation
• Ensures picked items are in good condition and properly packed
• Packs medications and products to prevent damage or contamination
• Handles fragile or temperature-sensitive items per procedures
• Conducts a second check of picked/packed orders
• Assists in receiving, counting, arranging, and storing products
• Records picking, packing, stock movement, and other transactions accurately
