Job summary

Gold Label Resources Incorporated in Malabon, Philippines, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Management Supervisor to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and control of inventory across our warehouse operations. You will supervise cycle counts, stock movements, reconciliations against SAP B1, and documentation, while guiding Inventory Checkers and coordinating with Logistics, Production, Sales, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in warehouse inventory management, preferably FMCG.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in inventory/warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock accountability, and cycle counting.
• Experience with SAP B1, WMS, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory management and control activities.
• Ensure physical inventory quantities reflect in the inventory system.
• Monitor all inventory movements (receiving, put-away, transfers, picking, issuing, loading, returns).
• Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and physical counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory against SAP B1 and system records; investigate discrepancies.
• Identify root causes of variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by SKU, location, batch/lot, and expiry date.
• Oversee FIFO/FEFO adherence and stock rotation.
• Coordinate with departments on inventory-related concerns.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to Management.
