Responsibilities

• Encode and process sales orders accurately in Acumatica and Excel while meeting tight timelines.
• Monitor stock movements and analyze data to prepare timely, error-free monitoring reports and purchase orders.
• Coordinate directly with warehouse, accounting, and sales departments to keep inventory and sales aligned.
• Maintain organized records and double-check entries to ensure absolute accuracy in all computations.
• Solve order-related concerns independently and tackle other dynamic tasks assigned by management
