Job summary

Belo Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Custodian to manage product releases, monitor stock levels, and record clinic usage in Business Central.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The position involves monthly counts, reporting on MEC and expiry, and coordinating with aestheticians, Physician Assistants, and doctors.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management skills, including analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office.
• Willing to be assigned and relieved in south area branches (Alabang, Pasay and Makati).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinic use as requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants, and Doctors.
• Update and Record Clinic use products in Business Central.
• Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products.
• Prepares weekly requisition and purchasing requests for sale and clinic use in Business Central.
• Conducts monthly inventory count of products.
• Receiving of deliveries through Business Central.
• Prepares MEC Report and Nearly Expiry Report.
• Prepares monthly Minimum/ Maximum report and variance report.
• Monitors Clinic uses ledgers requested by Physician Assistant.
• Monitors Aestheticians medicines and time logs.
• Monitor machines consumables.

• Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinicuse requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants , and Doctors
• Update and Record Clinicuse products in Business Central
• Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products.
