Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking an Inventory Custodian in the Philippines to manage clinic-use and retail products, coordinating with aestheticians, Physician Assistants, and Doctors to ensure accurate stock records.

You will use Business Central for receiving, recording, and reporting, monitor stock levels, and prepare MEC and expiry reports while supporting branches in Alabang, Pasay and Makati.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Inventory management skills, including analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinic use as requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants, and Doctors.
• Update and record clinic use products in Business Central.
• Monitor fast moving, slow moving, out of stock and expiring products.
• Prepare weekly requisition and purchasing requests for sale and clinic use in Business Central.
• Conduct monthly inventory count of products.
• Receive deliveries through Business Central.
• Prepare MEC and Nearly Expiry reports.
• Prepare monthly Minimum/Maximum and variance reports.
• Monitor clinic use ledgers requested by Physician Assistants.
• Monitor aestheticians medicines and time logs.
• Monitor machines consumables.

Job description

The Inventory Custodian will perform any or all of the following according to the current team assignment and needs of the situation:

1. Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinicuse requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants , and Doctors.
2. Update and Record Clinicuse products in Business Central
3. Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products.
4. Prepares weekly requisition and purchasing request of for sale and clinic use in Business Central
5. Conducts monthly inventory count of products
6. Receiving of Deliveries thru Business Central
7. Prepares MEC Report and Nearly Expiry Report
8. Prepares monthly Minimum/ Maximum report and variance report
9. Monitors Clinic uses ledgers requested by Physician Assistant
10. Monitors Aestheticians medicines and time logs
11. Monitor machines consumables

Requirements/Qualifications

• Willing to be assigned and relieved in south area branches (Alabang, Pasay and Makati)
