Job summary

A leading logistics company in Makati is seeking an Inventory Management Officer to handle the processing and maintenance of stock items. Responsibilities include managing inventory using FIFO, processing orders, and ensuring cleanliness in the stockroom. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and preferably inventory control experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Process release of purchased items using FIFO system.
• Check items received from shipment/replenishment and encode the same in the inventory file.
• Pack bulk orders for delivery to distributors.
• Process the orders of distributors and ensure that all promo mechanics are properly implemented.
• Encode and process initial purchase/payments of new registrants.
• Accepts and process cash, check and credit card payments.
• Will handle cash and check deposit and submit deposit slips to Finance Department.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of stockroom, products and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
• Preferably with inventory control and stock/ merchandiser experience in a customer service oriented environment
• Computer literate
• Honest, trustworthy and willing to work on extended hours when required
• With high regard of integrity, hardworking and can do multi-tasking
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
