Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking an Inventory Custodian to manage stock levels across clinics and central warehouses in the Philippines. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and coordination with aestheticians and medical staff.

The position involves updating records in Business Central, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring timely replenishment for sale and clinic use, while supporting branch operations (Alabang, Pasay, Makati).

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and analytics.
• Familiar with inventory software and MS Office.
• Willing to be assigned to the south area branches (Alabang, Pasay and Makati).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinic use as requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants, and Doctors.
• Update and Record Clinicuse products in Business Central.
• Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products.
• Prepares weekly requisition and purchasing requests for sale and clinic use in Business Central.
• Conducts monthly inventory count of products.
• Receiving of Deliveries through Business Central.
• Prepares MEC Report and Nearly Expiry Report.
• Prepares monthly Minimum/ Maximum report and variance report.
• Monitors Clinic uses ledgers requested by Physician Assistant.
• Monitors Aestheticians medicines and time logs.
• Monitor machines consumables.

The Inventory Custodian will perform any or all of the following according to the current team assignment and needs of the situation:

1. Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinicuse requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants , and Doctors.
2. Update and Record Clinicuse products in Business Central
3. Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products.
4. Prepares weekly requisition and purchasing request of for sale and clinic use in Business Central
5. Conducts monthly inventory count of products
6. Receiving of Deliveries thru Business Central
7. Prepares MEC Report and Nearly Expiry Report
8. Prepares monthly Minimum/ Maximum report and variance report
9. Monitors Clinic uses ledgers requested by Physician Assistant
10. Monitors Aestheticians medicines and time logs
11. Monitor machines consumables

Requirements/Qualifications

• Detail Oriented, hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Inventory management skills, including analytical thinking
• Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office
• Willing to be assigned and relieved in south area branches (Alabang, Pasay and Makati)
