Responsibilities

• Maintain records of materials in inventory and in order; monitor reorder points and replenish stock.
• Stocking and inventory monitoring; process purchasing orders and track orders.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials; reconcile with orders.
• Prepare and consolidate inventory reports of raw materials in stock and in production progress
• Ensure inventory tallies with all inventory reports/records
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

Main Role: Maintain records of materials in inventory and in order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems
• Stocks and inventory monitoring; monitor, receive and replenish stocks
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconcile with orders
• Prepare and consolidate inventory reports of raw materials in stock, raw materials used in production progress and in work in process
• Ensure inventory shall tally with all inventory reports/ records
• Other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time
