Job summary

DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics, seeks an Inventory Supervisor for our Philippines operations. You will oversee stock accuracy, implement controls, and drive cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvements across inbound and outbound activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, planning, and customer service, ensuring safe storage and labeling, and using WMS for real-time visibility. Strong data analysis and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
• High analytical and data management skills to interpret inventory reports, KPIs and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ability to conduct and manage cycle counting, audits, and reconciliations.
• Solid planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective leadership and people management to train, coach, and supervise inventory teams.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with operations, planning, and customer teams.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards in warehouse environments.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, accuracy improvement, cost control).
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control all inventory activities to ensure accuracy, availability, and integrity of stock.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with operations, planning, and customer service to support inbound and outbound activities.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Analyze inventory data, KPIs, and reports to drive accuracy, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and supervise inventory staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Utilize WMS and other systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility and reporting.
