Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Supply Chain Philippines is seeking a skilled logistics professional to manage and optimize inventory operations. Responsibilities include cycle counts, stock transfer coordination, and investigating discrepancies to minimize financial losses.

You will conduct activity with MAWM and Oracle, manage inbound/ STO processes, and provide operational status and analyses to the team. Strong leadership and attendance are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in People Management.
• Experience in Customer Management.
• Experience in Order booking and management.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to support the team when needed.
• Good attendance record.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regular cycle counts and full physical audits to reconcile system records with physical stock.
• Determine stock needs for transfer from other building and other site transfer (STO).
• Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies, damages to minimize financial losses.
• Request for Adjustment of inventory for any discrepancies.
• Monitor the ageing report.
• Conduct Inventory matching from MAWM and Oracle.
• Request for edit with JSU OM.
• Process all TR for Inbound, STO, Customization.
• Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA.
• Provides Operations status, reports and analyst.
