Job summary

SMC Food Processing Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and operational processes.

The role analyzes movements, conducts reconciliations, investigates variances, and ensures timely, accurate system transactions. The position collaborates with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to optimize stock levels, prepare reports, track KPIs, and propose process improvements to enhance overall inventory management and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse processes
• Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other ERP systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory monitoring and reporting
• Experience in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna

Responsibilities
