Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.
• Experience handling construction materials is an advantage.
• Proficient in inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, receipts, and issuances.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock against inventory records.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, damaged items, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams regarding material availability and inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, reconciliation reports, and other related documentation.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and critical materials and provide timely reports to concerned teams.
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support audits and inventory checks by providing accurate records and supporting documents.
• Ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded in the relevant systems or databases.
• Perform other inventory-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
