Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an inventory clerk to support daily cycle counts and ERP-driven warehouse operations in Cavite. The role focuses on accuracy, traceability, and secure handling of stock movements.

You will prepare pick lists, allocate stock per SKU and PO, and ensure all receiving, transfers, ship notes, and returns are recorded in the system according to established procedures, while maintaining proper documentation and controls.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily cycle counting, weekly inventory counting, and monthly inventory counting; reconcile variances.
• Prepare pick list for warehouse picking; allocate stocks per SKU, branch, and Purchase Order.
• Ensure system transactions (receiving, warehouse transfer, bin transfer, ship note generation, sales return) follow standard ERP protocol.
• Maintain inventory system/database by encoding warehouse transactions accurately and on time for traceability.
• Document all system transactions and physical stock movements; secure all warehouse inventory documents.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conducts daily cycle counting, weekly inventory counting, monthly inventory counting, reconciliation of possible inventory variances.

• Prepare pick list for warehouse picking activity. Allocate stocks picked per SKU, branch, and Purchase Order.

• Ensure that all system transactions such as receiving, warehouse transfer, bin transfer, ship note generation, and sales return creation are executed based on standard EPR system protocol.

• Maintain the inventory system/database by encoding all warehouse transactions accurately and on time for traceability purposes.

• Ensure all system transactions and physical movement of stocks are properly documented and secure all documents of all warehouse inventory transactions.
