Job summary

Philteq Enterprise Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Coordinator to support the Product Manager with process documentation, stock coordination, and brand promotion initiatives in Quezon City.

You will prepare PO's, monitor stock, assist in trainings and client visits, and help drive brand growth alongside the Sales Team. Strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, management, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or market development.
• Strong attention to detail with inventory awareness.
• Excellent market analysis and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager with internal processes and documentation for deliverables.
• Monitor stock from order to inventory cycle and coordinate with departments.
• Support brand promotions through trainings, client visits, and collaboration with the Sales Team.
