Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or market expansion.
• Experience in SAP and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
• New Client Development and Market Expansion: Develop and execute plans to acquire clients and establish long-term partnerships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships, communicate needs, and provide solutions to enhance loyalty.
• Sales Target Achievement: Set and track annual, quarterly, and monthly targets and adjust strategies to meet them.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and technical teams to align plans with company strategy.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Help formulate growth strategies and drive implementation.
• Team Management and Training: Lead and train the business development team.
