Job summary

Philteq Enterprise Incorporated is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help plan, organize, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product launches. You will coordinate with vendors, prepare promotional materials, and support on-ground activities, from registration to demos, while tracking attendee feedback and engagement.

Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in MS Office and Canva/PowerPoint is a plus, and some travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Internship or project experience in events or marketing is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools like Canva and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and product launches.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for logistics.
• Prepare and distribute promotional items and collaterals.
• Support on-ground activities during events (registration, demos, interaction).
• Monitor event performance and gather attendee feedback.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure brand guidelines on ground.
