Job summary

Based On Scientia Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to ensure accurate inventory data and timely replenishments.

This on-site role requires analyzing counts, reporting variances, and maintaining item records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (Operations), at least 1 year of related experience, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Maintain cycle counts and report variances to relevant teams
• Champion accurate item data (names, codes, counts) in warehouse records
• Monitor actual counts and inventory levels to trigger replenishments

Responsible for ensuring that the inventory related information such as but not limited to inventory count, warehouse returns, deliveries and etc. are precise and accurate by executing the standard operating procedure and policies in the warehouse division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures that actual items and/or products are available at all times by rendering time for cycle counting and regularly reporting the information to the other division regarding materials concern

2. Escalates the inventory or material matters especially the inventory variances to the concerned team or department to execute immediate action or replenishments and maintain the availability of the products, items, materials, and others.

3. Champion in the information and transaction of items in warehouse such as but not limited to item names, item codes, actual count, and others.

4. Monitors the inventory actual count and inventory level set and ensures that items need to

undergone replenishment are reported to the concern team or department

Qualifications:

1. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration, Major in Operations

2. Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field

3. Must have strong communication (both oral and written), analytical, and organizational skills

4. Must be able to work independently

5. Must be adept with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets

6. Must be keen into details with a high degree of accuracy

7. Must be able to maintain organized records

8. Must be able to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, to meet deadlines
