The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to handle audit functions and prepare accurate financial reports for each assigned business center. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What You’ll Do

• Verify the accuracy of daily sales, expenses, and supporting documents
• Conduct audits and reviews of transactions for assigned business centers
• Monitor compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and audit records
• Monitor cash and check collections, ensuring they match actual accounts receivable (A/R) receipts
• Prepare financial reports per business center
• Assist in month-end closing and perform other accounting tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related course
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or audit
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
