The Inventory Analyst will play an integral role in ensuring that our services continue to run and scale along with our customers’ needs. Along with significant execution responsibilities, the Analyst will also participate in process sustainability and improvement initiatives, thus playing a key role in Fulfillment Optimizations evolution.****Scope:***** Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues* Works on problems of moderate scope* Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects****Your Roles and Responsibilities:***** Participate in machine rack and slot inventory management* Engage in deployment plan analysis and execution of established workflows* Involved in project tracking* Handle machine inventory management* Responsible for auditing per location inventory and identifying excess inventory* Determine inventory repurposing and removal path & schedule decommissioning* Manage machine reassignments* Manage reduction and cancellation of supply orders in response to changes in demand* Coordinate with internal teams to schedule removal of TCO negative inventory and delivery of replacement capacity* Route and respond to tickets* Manage machine drains in advance of decommissioning* Monitor transient supply deficits* Create and assist in managing deployment plans* Perform “cluster health” audits and remediations* Monitor customer order delivery performance* Mitigate fulfillment interrupts / failures* Other duties as required.
