Astreya is seeking an Inventory Analyst I to ensure timely delivery of data center resources globally and to contribute to fulfillment optimizations. You will work on inventory management, deployment planning, and project tracking while auditing per location to identify excess stock.

The role emphasizes strong organization, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to adapt to evolving needs and processes within a global operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent documentation, writing, organization and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machine rack and slot inventory management.
• Engage in deployment plan analysis and execution of established workflows.
• Involved in project tracking and inventory auditing per location.
• Assist with machine inventory management and reassignments as needed.
• Coordinate with teams to schedule removal of excess inventory and replacement capacity.
• Route and respond to tickets and monitor procurement and decommissioning activities.
