Job summary

Astreya in Manila, Philippines seeks an Inventory Analyst I to ensure timely delivery of data center resources to client sites worldwide. You will participate in deployment planning, track inventory, and support decommissioning and reallocation of capacity.

You will audit inventory by location, manage reassignments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve supply issues while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 0–2 years related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent documentation and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory and order management practices.
• Ability to audit inventory and reallocate resources as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machine rack and slot inventory management.
• Analyze deployment plans and execute established workflows.
• Track projects and inventory at multiple locations.
• Audit per location inventory and identify excess stock.
• Manage machine reassignments and order reductions as demand changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule removals and replacements.
• Route and respond to tickets and monitor deployment plans.
