Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Cebu seeks an experienced Inventory Specialist to monitor, analyze, and manage inventory accuracy across cycles, stock movements, and audits. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Customer Service, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and adherence to customer requirements.

On-site work at Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center, with readiness for peak periods and weekend counts, leveraging SAP, Active WMS, JDA, and Manhattan systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, or inventory planning tools.
• Experience in cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory auditing is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Active WMS, JDA, Manhattan, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Analyze inventory transactions, stock movement, and trends to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate inventory variances and determine root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory performance reports and KPIs.
• Support inbound, outbound, and returns operations to ensure inventory integrity across all processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and IT teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Monitor aging inventory, slow-moving stock, and potential stock losses.
• Participate in customer inventory reviews and provide analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with DHL Supply Chain inventory control procedures and customer requirements.
• Support implementation of process improvements and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Assist during internal, external, and customer audits.

• Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center.
• Willing to conduct physical inventory verification and warehouse floor audits.
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Flexible to support peak-season activities and inventory counts during weekends or holidays as needed.
