Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines seeks an organized Warehouse Systems Associate to manage inbound and outbound system transactions, validate data, and support inventory accuracy.

You will generate reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring system compliance with procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound receipts, validate against quantities, and generate put-away tasks.
• Process customer orders, picking/packing/dispatch tasks, and ensure timely order release.
• Generate operational reports for inbound, outbound, and inventory activities; monitor performance for improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams regarding system concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DHL Supply Chain procedures, data accuracy standards, and participate in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Inbound System Transactions
  
  • Process inbound receipts in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and on time.
  • Validate inbound documents against actual received quantities.
  • Generate put-away tasks and monitor completion of inbound transactions.
  • Investigate and report receiving discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damages.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Inventory teams to resolve inbound transaction issues.
  Outbound System Transactions
  
  • Process customer orders and generate picking, packing, and dispatch tasks in the system.
  • Ensure timely release of orders based on customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Validate outbound transactions and shipment confirmations prior to dispatch.
  • Monitor order status and support resolution of system-related order issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and completion of dispatch transactions.
  Reporting & Coordination
  
  • Generate operational reports related to inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
  • Monitor transaction performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and IT teams regarding system concerns.
  • Escalate system issues that may impact operations, inventory accuracy, or customer service.
  Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  
  • Ensure compliance with DHL Supply Chain procedures, customer requirements, and data accuracy standards.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
  • Support user testing, system migration, and process validation activities when required.

Requirements

• Education
  
  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  Experience
  
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management applications is preferred.
  Skills & Competencies
  
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot transaction discrepancies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
  Other Requirements
  
  • Willing to be assigned and work on-site in Liloan, Cebu City
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
  • Familiarity with WMS platforms, SAP, Active, Manhattan, JDA, or similar systems is an advantage.
