Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Bunawan, Davao City facility. You will analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and drive improvements across our warehousing processes to support reliable supply chain operations.

In this role you will monitor performance metrics, maintain accurate records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to reduce excess and obsolete stock while ensuring timely fulfillment for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory analysis or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory data and identify trends to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics, such as inventory turns, stock coverage, and fill rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring data integrity.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of inventory control systems and tools.
• Provide recommendations and insights to management on inventory optimization strategies.
