Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory management within manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records and reporting.
• Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across teams.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inventory levels across multiple locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and provide insights to management on stock trends and variances.
• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyse demand patterns and provide recommendations for inventory adjustments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Support the establishment of KPIs for inventory management.
• Utilise inventory management systems to track and report stock movements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations.
