Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Analyst I to ensure Cycle Count accuracy and reconcile physical inventories across all locations including 3PL and subcontractors. The role reports to the Inventory Manager.

You will lead cycle count activities, analyze variances, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL, subcontractors, and quality teams to improve controls and overall inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with inventory audit principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Cycle Count Management: facilitate and monitor counts and investigate variances.
• Data Reporting: maintain audit-ready documentation and traceability for transactions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL, subcontractors, and quality teams.
